Mr. Dunn was previously employed by D&D Energy, Inc. as Vice President of Operations. His duties included all aspects of oil and gas production. He also worked in the mortgage business as well as the excavation business for his father's company (Jimmy A. Dunn, Sr.). D&D Energy, Inc. was acquired by Americas Energy Company in September of 2009.
