Formerly Vice President of Evans' Coal of Flat Lick, Kentucky, Mr. Evans has more than thirty years of direct coal mining experience including surface mining, auger operation, and high wall mining in Southeast Kentucky. Mr. Evans has spent the last fifteen years acquiring leases of specialty coal in Harlan, Bell, Knox and Whitley County, Kentucky for the 38 year old Evans' Coal Corporation.
